Capstone Assessment

Before you start, one thing: there is no winning score. Nobody passes or fails this. It only works if it's true, so answer for who you are today, not who you intend to be.

This assessment is written for those who haven't exited their business or company.

If a question doesn't apply exactly (e.g. a spouse question), answer for the closest relationship in your life.

Each statement gets one of four responses: Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Agree, Strongly Agree. There's no middle option on purpose.

Go with your gut; the first response is usually the honest one. This takes about fifteen to twenty minutes.
